Itella - Can't get my parcel for a week now

Riga. Aweful experience. Can't receive my parcel for a week already.

First, courier sends a message at 7: 15 a. M. That he will deliver in 45min. Not the day before or several days before. But the same early morning.

Then i contact them to ask if they can deliver at specific time (specifically starting from 12: 30 pm) , but no, their courier repeats the same actions.

After that they send me an email saying my parcel can be delivered not on the next day (or afternoon/evening of the same day) , but in a day.

They never listen when it's convinient for me to receive.
