EWT Osta SIA - Fraud, terrible service

There was Prodigy concert organized by them in Wondersala at 2026 June. So what was wrong:
- when I came to that, they did not allow me to enter with backpac saying its too big. But I saw other people entering concert with same size backpacks. No place to safely lock it.
- while tickets were sold in english, I expect english communication as well. The guard was talking in latvian and not even inviting someone who speak in english when I say I do not understand.
- When I entered, I was not able to bring drink. Ok. But the line to buy a drink was like 2 hours. So do we come to concert to stay in queue or dance?
- In screen water showed cost 2 eur. THey charged me 5 eur. Also filled to the plastic cup while water was in bottle. I did not ask for that plastic cup ! Plus the way they take that plastic cup does not look like in higienic way - touching with their fingers inside of it while their fingers for sure are not that clean.
- line to toilet was like half hour.

And they were organizing concert for not like no name, but for world class artitsts. I paid 70 eur for ticket not to have this bad experience. If I knew it will be like this, I would not have paid.

And looks like they are old company, how can they not know how to organize? Really they do not care about customer and nobody should go to their concerts.
