Complaint Description

I am filing a complaint against PTN Events regarding the Oil & Gas Digital Twin Conference in Houston, USA.

I purchased access to the conference and made travel arrangements based on the event dates, location, and advertised business value. After my payment and travel planning, the organizer materially changed/postponed the event. As a result, the service I paid for was not delivered on the originally advertised dates.

This change caused me direct financial losses, including travel and accommodation costs, as I had already arrived/planned to arrive in Houston for the event. I requested a refund, but PTN Events refused to provide one.
