2026. gada 3. martā es pasūtīju un apmaksāju Philips Air Performer 8000, pelēka – Gaisa attīrītājs, ventilators un sildītājs.

Prece netika piegādāta noteiktajā termiņā, un piegāde netika izsekota. Pārdevējs divas reizes pieprasīja piegādes pagarinājumu.

2026. gada 20. martā es atcēlu pasūtījumu preces nepiegādes dēļ.

Pārdevējs neveica atmaksu likumā noteiktajā atmaksas termiņā. Atkārtoti pieprasījumi pārdevējam par atmaksu nav devuši rezultātus.

2026. gada 15. aprīlī ilgstošas ​​kavēšanās ar maksājuma atmaksu dēļ tika iesniegta sūdzība pret pārdevēju Eiropas Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrā.

Turpmākā sarakste ar pārdevēju nedeva gaidītos rezultātus.

2026. gada 22. aprīlī portālā www.sudzibas.lv tika ievietota sūdzība par pārdevēja bezdarbību.

2026. gada 24. aprīlī pārdevējs www.gaisaklimats.lv atmaksāja pilnu summu par nepiegādāto preci (maksājums tika ieskaitīts kontā).

Visbeidzot, mums izdevās panākt kopīgu valodu ar www.gaisaklimats.lv pārstāvjiem un nodibināt ātru komunikāciju. Pārdevējs ir apņēmies uzlabot savu reputāciju.

On March 20, 2026, I canceled the order due to non-delivery of the product.

The seller failed to issue a refund within the statutory refund deadline. Repeated requests to the seller for a refund failed to resolve the issue.

On April 15, 2026, due to a prolonged delay in refunding the payment, a complaint was filed against the seller with the ECC Latvia Consumer Protection Survey.
Subsequent correspondence with the seller did not yield the expected results.

On April 22, 2026, a complaint was posted on the portal www.sudzibas.lv regarding the seller's inaction.

On April 24, 2026, the seller www.gaisaklimats.lv refunded the full amount for the undelivered item (the payment was credited to the account).

Finally, we were able to reach a common language with representatives of www.gaisaklimats.lv and establish prompt communication. The seller is committed to improving its reputation.

Based on the above, the actions of www.gaisaklimats.lv do not constitute fraud.
