Pasūtīju stiklaskiedras bodykit, kurš nav pats lētākais gals, piegādi gaidīju ļoti ilgi, uz e-pastiem atbildēja caur nedēļām, beigās atsūtīja kautko no visa pasūtītā, taču ne visu, pēc vairākiem mēnešiem un neskaitāmiem e-pastiem par nepiegādātajām precēm atgrieza naudu. Ar to stāsts nebeidzas, pēc stiklaskiedru paneļu uzstādīšanas uz auto un izbraukšanas saulē, paneļi izveidoja tekstūru burbuļus un viļņus kādiem nevajadzētu būt (pieļauju ka del steigas nebija kārtīgi izrullēts gaiss starp stikla šķiedras kārtām) , vērsos pie viņiem ar kārtējiem e-pastiem, uz kuriem saņemu atbildes caur nedēļām un mēnešiem, šķita jau ka lēnam nonākam pie abām pusēm izdevīga kopsaucēja, taču beigās beidza atbildēt uz e-pastiem, un nekādu risinājumu nesaņēmu, rezultāta zaudēti vairāk kā 1000€ un sačakarēta auto virsbūve (visa burbulos, hologrammās, rievās) , neiesaku iegādāties no cliqtuning neko! Būs jāgaida ļoti ilgs piegādes laiks un prece nebūs kvalitatīva, labāk par pus cenu lētāk pasūtīt no Lietuvas kur piegāde būs 2ned max, un fitments un preces kvalitāte būs krietni labāka.

i am writing to formally complain about my extremely negative experience with cliqtuning.

I ordered a fiberglass body kit which was not from the budget segment and therefore expected a corresponding level of quality and service. From the very beginning, communication was unprofessional — email responses took weeks, sometimes months. After an excessively long waiting period, i received only part of my order. The remaining items were never delivered, and after several More months of unanswered follow-ups, i eventually received a refund for the missing parts.

Unfortunately, the situation did not end there.

After installing the delivered fiberglass panels and exposing the car to sunlight during normal use, severe defects became visible. The panels developed bubbles, waves, surface distortions, and texture irregularities that should never occur on properly manufactured fiberglass components. Based on professional assessment, this strongly suggests poor production quality, likely due to air not being properly rolled out between fiberglass layers during manufacturing.

I contacted cliqtuning multiple times regarding these defects. Once again, responses were extremely slow, arriving weeks or months apart. At one point, it appeared we were approaching a mutually acceptable resolution. However, communication suddenly stopped entirely, and i have since received no replies and no solution.

As a result:

i have lost over €1,000

my car’s bodywork has been seriously damaged

i am left with unusable, defective panels

no warranty support or responsibility was provided

this experience reflects a complete lack of quality control, customer service, and accountability. Based on my experience, i strongly advise against purchasing any products from cliqtuning. Delivery times are excessive, communication is unreliable, and product quality is unacceptable.

For comparison, similar products ordered from lithuanian suppliers at nearly half the price typically arrive within two weeks and offer significantly better fitment and material quality.

This message serves as a formal complaint and documentation of my experience.
