Carvertical - 36 EUR par pilnīgi tukšām atskaitēm

Ļoti slikta pieredze, neiesaku izmantot šī uzņēmuma pakalpojumus nevienam. Iegādājos divas atskaites par 36 EUR — kā jau viņiem mārketings piedāvā: "ņem divas, maksā mazāk".

Atskaites pilnīgi tukšas — tādā nozīmē, ka norādīts tikai auto izlaiduma gads, reģistrācijas datums Latvijā, nobraukums un vispārīgi padomi auto iegādei. Tas arī viss. Bezmaksas e-CSDD portālā par auto uzzināju daudz vairāk. Abi transportlīdzekļi bija no Vācijas, bet carVertical pat to nespēja uzrādīt. Tas nozīmē, ka viņiem praktiski nav datu no Vācijas — lai gan, kā zinām, 80% lietoto auto pie mums nāk tieši no turienes. CSDD pat parādījās auto nobraukums Vācijā, kamēr carVertical bija redzams tikai tas nobraukums, kas fiksēts tehniskajā apskatē Latvijā. Pilnīgs čau!

Sazinājos ar viņiem, un ko jūs domājat? Atbildēja: "Nu jā, atvainojiet, mēs īsti neesam vainīgi, jo esam tikai meklēšanas rīks." Un par to, ka man bijusi slikta pieredze, viņi piedāvā vēlreiz bez maksas izmantot viņu "fantastisko" atskaiti.

Slikts pakalpojums, slikts klientu serviss. Neiesaku izmantot nevienam. Uzskatu, ka tas ir pārvērtēts mārketinga projekts bez jebkādām nopietnām datu bāzēm. Kaut kad gadus atpakaļ pirku atskaites un toreiz tiešām bija labi dati. Nezinu, kas viņiem tur noticis, bet netērējiet savu naudu!

Very bad experience—I wouldn't recommend this company's services to anyone. I bought two reports for €36, falling for their marketing tactic of 'buy two, pay less.'

The reports were completely empty. By that, I mean all they showed was the car's manufacture year, its registration date in Latvia, mileage, and some random general buying advice. That was literally it. I learned far more for free on the official e-CSDD portal. Both vehicles were from Germany, but carVertical couldn't even indicate that. This means they have practically no data from Germany—even though, as we all know, about 80% of cars imported here come from there. CSDD even showed the vehicle's mileage history in Germany, whereas carVertical only had the mileage recorded during its local safety inspection in Latvia. Unbelievable!

I reached out to their customer support, and guess what? They basically said, 'Sorry, it's not really our fault because we're just a search engine tool.' And to make up for my poor experience, they offered me another one of their 'fantastic' reports for free.

Terrible service, terrible customer support. I strongly advise against using them. It feels like an overhyped marketing project with no serious databases behind it. A few years back, I used to buy reports from them and the data was actually good, so I don't know what happened to them. Save your money!
