Olga Požidajeva (ex Bulgača) saņem produkciju un nenorēķinās. Apmelo cilvēkus, krāpjās ar nekustamo īpašumu darījumiem, padara savu kaimiņu dzīvi neciešamu.
Rokas citu cilveku dzīvēs un mēģina visādos absurdos veidos apmelot un celt neslavu personām kuras viņa ienīst. Tas pārītis, Olga un Eduards ir jau vairākas reizes nonākuši tiesībsargājošo iestāžu redzes lokā par krāpšanos. Esiet uzmanīgi.
Man katru gadu pienāk kādi 3-4 zvani kur cilvēki jautā manu pieredzi ar Olgu Požidajevu jo ir nokļuvuši sliktā situācijā sasienoties ar viņu.

Прошло довольно много времени с тех пор как у нас с Сигитой не очень хорошо сложилось сотрудничество.
Да, были ошибки с нашей стороны тоже, было обстоятельства которые повлияли на сроки исполнения заказа и другие обстоятельства!
Но тут большую часть ответственности нужно взять на себе персоне по имени - Ольга Пожидаева (раньше - Булгача) Olga Požidajeva (agrāk - Bulgača)
Ета персона меня приследует уже лет так 6 наверное с тех пор как мы ей поставили всю продукцию и она не рассчиталась за сделанную работу.
Теперь о Сигите - Мы изготовили основной заказ - большую, очень сложную лестницу но не поставили только потому что Сигита с помощью Ольги Пожидаевой ( Olga Požidajeva ) опубликовали ложную информацию про меня и всю ситуацию в целом!
На тот момент когда они опубликовали ету ложную информацию лестница уже была готова, но я требовал Сигиту убрать всю ету ерунду что они там написали про меня и всю ситуацию и тогда мы повезем ету лестницу на монтаж!
Но Сигита по советам Ольги Пожидаевой настаивала на то чтобы мы устоновили лестницу и только потом она уберет все ети публикации.
Зная как сделала Ольга Пожидаева ( Olga Požidajeva) - она меня так же шантажировала и обманула и потом когда мы ей все установили она ещо больше с верху написала всякую ложь!
Лестница готовая уже пару лет у нас в складу лежит пока идет суди по нашему вопросу.
Первую и вторую мы пока проиграли но будет третий суд и тут мы постараемся добиться справедливости. А так же готовится бумаги за клевету против Сигите и Ольге Пожидаеве. Olga Požidajeva - ex Bulgača.
За ети годы мне много звонять разные люди и рассказывают как аферисты Ольга Пожидаева и ее муж пытаются и обманывают своих жертв по сделкам с недвижимостям и стройке!
Будте осторожны и не попадайтесь етим людям по руке, обманут, разведут и ещо всякую лож расскажут о тех кого они презирают и вас по интернету растаскают ложю!

Aivars Vilmanietis - Аферизм, Криминал.
Прошло 3 года с того дня, как я поставила объявление в sudzibas.lv об аферизме Айварса Вилманиетиса. За эти три года, мы на тот момент трое потерпевших , пытались открыть на Вилманиетиса криминальное дело, которое он по справедливости давно заслужил. Но, Латвийская полиция посчитала, что, трое потерпевших из разных стран, Латвии, Литвы, России еще не достаточно пострадали от действий Вилманиетиса, чтобы открыть криминальное дело. Это было очень обидно и не справедливо. И тогда я обратилась в суд города Риги с заявлением открыть административное дело против Вилманиетиса. Суд я выиграла, хотя Вилманиетис мне угрожал, что будем моим врагом до конца и оспаривал мои судебные решения до высшего суда. Вилманиетис поплакался суду( что он очень хорошо умеет делать-плакать) , что у него нет денег даже заплатить пошлину. Сейчас решение суда вошло в силу, Вилманиетис должен вернуть мне украденные деньги и заплатить судебные издержки. Дело передано судебному исполнителю. За эти 3 года мне написали или звонили много новых потерпевших от этого криминального Вилманиетиса. В моём личном списке уже 10 людей, которые пострадали от этого вора и обманщика. Все люди растерянные, не могут поверить, что с ними так обошёлся этот лжец Вилманиетис. Вилманиетис за эти 3 года научился ещё изощреннее и циничнее врать, абсолютно охамел, обнаглел, чувствуя своё превосходство и безнаказанность. Он охамел до такой степени, что стал использовать и оформлять заказы на чужие фирмы, используя их юридические реквизиты. Директор этой фирмы сообщил, что он знает Вилманиетиса, когда-то он на него работал по доверенности, но, оформлять на его фирму заказы Вилманиетису такого права не давал. Люди, будьте очень осторожны и бдительны, войдя в доверие к Вилманиетису, вы подпишите с ним не договор, а себе Приговор.Денег он вам не отдаст, заказ не сделает или сделает что-то в самом начале сомнительного качества на 10-20% ( чтобы криминал не получить, это в его схеме обмана просчитано). И тому, что Вилманиетис налепит в самом начале вы рады не будите, потому что он никакой не мастер, а самый настоящий Жулик. И изготовить он вам ничего не собирается уже с самой первой встречи с вами. Вы ему интересны только до того времени, пока он с вас все деньги не вытянет, не заберёт. Потом вы будите ждать и ждать, злиться, портить себе нервы, здоровье, терять время, жить без лестницы как я , года два. А Вилманиетис будет вам врать, хамить, запутывать несуществующими проблемами, которые вдруг начинают на него сыпаться как из рога изобилия. Дальше этого никуда не пойдёт, потому что в этой ситуации оставаться один на один с ним, писать в полицию по одному, это гиблое дело. И это Вилманиетис хорошо знает, на этом и основана вся его криминальная схема. Она работает, пока все разъединены и сидят со своей бедой сами по себе. Вилманиетис так уже обманывает много лет. Я призываю всех потерпевших обьединиться и всем вместе обратиться в полицию Риги с заявлением начать уголовное дело против этого афериста. Если кому интересно место его жительства, пишите мне в messenger, езжайте к нему домой требуйте свои деньги обратно и по скорее, не бойтесь его, Вилманиетис самый большой, подлый, настоящий трус. Он даже в суде не объявился ни разу. Он даже адвоката не смог нанять, только юриста. Он умеет только плакаться и прятаться. Так что призываю всех всем вместе взяться и покончить с этим аферистом раз и навсегда.

Пол года назад подписал с ними договор на лестницу с перилами за 30 дней. Оплатил деньги и остался без лестницы. Фирма записана непонятно на кого, но договор со мной подписал айгар. В мастерской по адресу фирмы сказали что он заключает договора незаконно и они партнёры у которых разногласия. Если вы так же пострадали от этой фирмы, то напишите мне для коллективного обращения в полицию.

От Айварса слышу только пустые обещания. Попал на 3к.

Еще очень занимательная черта у господина Аиварса, обещать позвонить или написать, но этого не сделать. И я как дурак за свои же деньги должен сам постоянно искать с ним контакт...

Это уникальный человек, до последнего будет вам обещать что все сделает, и что быстрее чем он уже ни кто другой вам не закончит лестницу, если она уже начата. Но вы не верьте, если в срок сделано не было, пишите заказным письмом требование закончить в кратчайшие сроки и в принципе можете сразу искать кого-то другого. К моему большому сожалению, я из-за этого человека вынужден жить в квартире с незаконченной лестницей, тратить свое время на юридические проволочки и поиск другого подрядчика.

Aivars Vilmanietis-Лжец, Аферист, Вор. Он также,как и Ольгу,обокрал мою семью в Литве.Обокрал мою мать,которой 80 лет.

После моего заявления на сайте, со мной связался A. Vilmanietis. Он требовал убрать заявление и грозился подать на меня в суд за клевету,не отдавая себе отчет,что именно я должна была подать на него в суд,но,откладывала это, в надежде, что он все же вернет мне деньги или поставит лестницу.
На мою просьбу привести лестницу, дать мне возможность рассчитаться до конца и подписать все необходимые документы между нами (корреспонденция есть), он ответил отказом.
A. Vilmanietis утверждал,что в прошлом его кто-то уже обманывал, не заплатил остатка и обвинил меня,что я тоже так же поступлю. Я долго пыталась понять,как его A. Vilmanietisа прошлые сделки связаны со мной, но,так и не поняла.
A. Vilmanietis, вот мой тебе публичный ответ-приезжай,поставь лестницу,сделай дело до конца и я с тобой рассчитаюсь,как мы договорились.
A. Vilmanietis также обвинил меня и мою семью,что мы будем унижать и насмехаться над его рабочими.Опять я долго думала и пыталась понять, как можно такое придумать? Как можно насмехаться над людьми и почему мы будем это делать? В чем виноваты рабочие-монтажники? И почему A. Vilmanietis за меня и мою семью решил,как мы будем себя вести? Сделку на изготовление лестницы я заключила с A. Vilmanietisоm, только он сейчас прячется и сам на монтаж ехать отказывается.
В доме живет моя 80 летняя мама.Лестница ей очень нужна, она не может свободно передвигаться по дому. У нее уже была травма.
В августе, когда A. Vilmanietis и его друг, на 4 месяца позднее оговоренного срока монтажа, привезли маленькую лестницу, бросили ее,не закончив. Но,моя мама, все равно накормила их обедом, она до конца вела себя очень приветливо и дружелюбно. На что A. Vilmanietis открестился обещанием привезти большую лестницу через неделю и доделать все до конца. Сегодня 7 ноября,прошло еще 2.5 месяца, а лестницы до сих пор нет.
A. Vilmanietis пытается показать, какой он молодец и что моя лестница у него в цеху. У меня тоже в гараже много чего есть, я могу показать разные фото,но,факт тот,что моей лестницы нет в моем доме и он отказывается ее привезти.
A. Vilmanietis, ответь пожалуйста, почему лестница,которую ты называешь моей и должен привезти в Апреле 2018 года до сих пор у тебя? Не потому ли,что ее у тебя нет или она не моя?
Дорогие друзья, будущие клиенты, братья-латыши! Оберегайтесь,между вами есть очень плохой,черный человек, он не только аферист, но и «орел» без крыльев, который уже воюет с 80 летними женщинами. А ведь это может оказаться и ваша мама.

Iesaku uz šo uzņēmumu nedoties arī strādāt. Jo darba process samērā nenopietns un neprofesionāls. Ir pretenzija no krāsotāja puses, kad nevēloties maksāt par padarīto (atnākot ar saviem instrumentiem un materiāliem,jau galējā variantā) vēl pasaka ka ja neprot, lai neķeras nekam klāt - kas saistīts ar to, lai nesamaksāto ne centa par ieguldīto.
Stipri nenopietni un iesaku būt uzmanīgam -jebkuram kas veiks sadarbību!

Of course in the end I had to pay more for that staircaise because I have to pay extra money to that new fitter however, I am happy to not have nothing common with this cheat.

Сейчас Айвар, скрывая свою фамилию, мошенничает под фирму Reino Deko. И список пострадавших увеличивается. Если попались не стоит верить в что лестница появиться. Максимум что он может установить это кривые ступеньки из фанеры, обклееные мебельным шпоном. Пишите заявление в полицию.

Aivars Vilmanietis is potential and dangerous liar. This person can`t live normal live and lead his business based on norms of respect to clients , agreements , followed by terms and conditions as such things does`t exist in his world.
He pretends to be your friend, plays role of goody one, promise to deliver your dream with only wish behind his mind -to get more money out of you.He uses your money in first week end then drops his victim in his endless lies.When you are making agreement with A. Vilmanietis he already has plan how to screw you.He knows how, he done it before.The windmill of his mind is always alert , he has all answers ready for unhappy client.To get your money back from A. Vimanietis is mission impossible, to get goods from him is also mission impossible.
He can`t stop lying through his teeth and he probably does`t know another way of living as he certainly has some sort of enjoyment drowning his clients in the ocean of his of lies.
This man would brake any agreement he made himself verbally or even written as he is very rude and cocky person who likes to demonstrate how tough he is and not afraid of anything.
I met A. Vilmanietis in March 2017 through his sister. By then I knew he has his company . His sister tallied he is craftsman and he builds all sorts of things from metal and wood.She also showed me some pictures of her brothers work .
I am living in UK for 15 years and we were best friend at that time. I din`t have reason not to trust her words. She invited me and my husband to her wedding to be her witnesses.
At the wedding we met A. Vilmanietis first time.He maid good impression of family man.He was gentle to his wife and children . He was extremely friendly to my husband and after a while we started to speak about his work.
I was interested in building staircase in my house in Lithuania.
He was very happy to show me some pictures of his work ( now I am doubting it was his work , perhaps pictures from internet). He was painting picture of himself as successful businessman who has a team and builds staircases not only in Latvia but also in Norway and Sweden.
Living and working in UK full time it was very difficult for me to look for craftsman in Lithunia as most of the time I am not there. I asked Vilmanietis if he would be interested to build staircase for me?I also tallied him that object would be in Lithuania and perhaps its to far for him but he replayed"- I just build staircase in Norway . Lithunia its nothing to me,we are driving longer distances.Lithuania its the same like being at home ".
In April 20117 me and my husband together with a family friend flew to Lithuania for Easter holidays and invited Aivars Vilmanietis to came and do measurements.We wanted to feel him welcome and took him more like a friend rather than just someone who is going to do some job for you.
We offered Aivars to stay in hotel and payed for his room, super in restaurant and petrol. I am giving this precise picture as later A. Vilmanietis brought up how much that trip costed him. Aivars himself filled full tank of his car with petrol and my husband payed at the petrol station with his card.
After taking measurements perhaps a week later Aivars gave us a quote.He was very rushy even I asked to give us time to think . Finally we came to agreement .Quote for two staircase came to cost 7800 euros . In his own words main staircase should be made of metal , metal piercing in the wall including transportation and montage. There should be also small staircase to utility room both made from ash tree. Aivars Vilmanietis assured us all work will be done in period of three month.
He wanted 6000 euros up front. I explained that such amount of money needs time to collect and most likely we will be able to give him some money in few months time. In August 2018 I text A. Vimanietis that I can only be ready after Christmas he agreed to wait.At that point we did`t sign any agreement yet.
In January 2018 I contacted A. Vilmanietis and asked if he is still interested to build my staircase. He came with his friend straight away.
A. Vilmanietis sing agreement between us and took 5000 euros for building two staircases. I remember asking him very precisely if three months is enough time for him to deliver , perhaps he needs more? He assured me again that its perfectly alright with him and enough time to deliver order.
It was 09.01.2018 and this is where my hell started. In March 2018 I send message to Vimanietis asking if staircase will be ready for middle of April?Since I am living in Uk its not easy to travel, take time of work , find tickets .I always need to know ahead to be able to arrange the trip.
His respond was "-Yes but towards the end of April".I was waiting for Vilamnietis and the staircases in Lithuania until 23d of April. I could`t wait any longer had to go back to UK .
I send him messages if he can make it for the end of May 2018, so we both with my husband can meet him . A. Vilmanietis assured us that this time will be defiantly ready by the end of May.
We took time of of work. My husband is a Doctor , he canceled his patients. We invited friend to came along to help if needed. We waited whole week in Lithuania for A. Vilmanietis he did`t came .After sending numerous of messages he finally gave us news-color of main element came wrong and as he is responsible person he can`t bring it in such condition. He tallied us that he is giving central element to professional painters and this time it will be a bomb!
We left Lithuania on 4th on June very disappointed. Straight away I send message to A.Vilmanietis can he finish staircase in July?I had to take time off again. I explained to him that it is very difficult for me to take time of work as working in busy surgery. His respond was defiantly will be finished by July .
With great difficulties I took time off I flew to Lithuania and waited for A. Vilmanietis between 09-23 d of July.He lied and lied all the way. He was telling it is ready and will bring it for 15t of of July than he came with the story that he need to fix staircase in Venspils until 26th.of July . He begged for few more days and he will come straight tom finish the job.He reminded me that we met through his sister and he wants to stay friends with us in the future.
I flew back to UK. It sound like both staircases are finished and he only need few days time to sort his problem.
In August I was texting him again. He texted me back that will came on the 8 th of August and will bring both staircases. On 2018 . 08.08 four month delayed he finally he brought up small staircase and fixed it.It was strong looking, but completely wrong color,nothing like I chosen. He did`t brought his drill so could`t finish metal railing . He did`t put little details to hide screws. He build staircase away from the wall as could`t bother to cut skirting board but blame the wall being not straight.
He did`t brought main staircase but promised to came back in a week time and built it.
By than I was angry. I flew to Riga on 17 th of August and asked to show me my staircase. A. Vilmanietis brought me to his workshop and showed me three wooden steps that he probably cut while I was on the plain.There was no central element or sign of staircase anywhere.It was nothing there , he only showed me his facilities but not my staircase. He was basically showing me an air.
I could not believe it. I sat in my hotel and felt i needed strong drink.
Two hours later I received Vilmanietis message asking for 400 euros more to finish my staircase sooner. I almost fainted. This is typical scheme of criminals, to put victim in situation based on lie than lie even more and try to get more money.
I came back to UK and refused to give more money to Vilmanietis. I tallied him that I understand he spend my money on something else and now he has to finish staircase with his own money. He went mad . He was very angry and rude. He tolled me that I will not pay remaining sum if he finish the job. Accused me of something I never done.He turned whole situation around and made me wrong .Me who gave him 5000 in the first place. He criticized that I build the house and put beds and carpets first but not the staircase . Yes-waiting for A. Vimanietis, is waiting forever.
He made me feel guilty of ordering staircase in general. Only than he tallied me that he never done staircase like that before and it was challenge to him. How can someone take money for something he can`t deliver? But worst of all according to Vilmanietis when you giving money to someone its not your money anymore.This is how A. Vilmanietis thinking ,runs his business and treats his clients.
That moment I cheeked on him on internet and straight away came across his name in Sudzibas. LV.
My eyes opened.I understood all his behavior. I was going through the same hell like other his clients. He done it before,he was doing it with me and he will do it again.
I still suggested to finish staircase on friendly terms.
On 15th of September I received message from his sister that her husband went to A. Vilmanietis work shop and saw staircase almost finished. I trusted its true and still asked him friendly two finish staircase in two weeks time. To what he replayed "-As tho I am worried!"
His attitude towards the clients is terrible.
All October i was chasing him and chasing and he was promising and promising from week to week. Finally on the 22 d of October after chasing him again he texted me that some worker drooped main element on the floor and its damaged.
I felt disrupted. The central element is heavy , one man probably can`t even lift it, how can someone drop it? Its clearly something wrong with health and safely in A. Vilmanietis workshop.
A. Vilmanietis tallied me he fired poor worker. Nobody fires a person if he dome mistake and there is damage involved but gives chance to fix it.It also also showers A. Vilamnietis characteristic and attitude towards his workers.
A. Vilmanietis promised to fix everything in few days time.But like allays he is not in rush.Two weeks later I have no news and I don`t know when all this hell will ends.
I am feeling so bad not to check on A. Vilmnanietis before but its not usual to check on your friends brother.I am paying for my trust now.
His business is only young maybe few years and he already has complaints about himself on public.I also don`t know if he has any education in craftsmanship. I don`t know if he has any diploma .The only thing he knows how to do well its to lie.
Additional trips for me from UK to Lithuania and Riga, hotel in Riga cost me 1300 euros extra. Both my husband and me lost our income for taking days off when we were waiting to A. Vilmanietis to show up with our staircase.
With my story I want everyone to worn about A. Vilmanietis and not to get involved with him. If you want to save your nerves , time and sleep at night keep away from this man.It can only finish badly.
One day you can sit at the same table and he will pretend to be your friend , next day he will take your money from you and lough.

Aivars Vilmanietis мошенническим путем вошел в доверие к моей семьи с целью обокрасть на крупную сумму под предлогом, что изготовит лестницу в мой дом в Литве. Aivars Vilmanietis - потенциальный и опасный лжец. Этот человек не может жить нормальной жизнью и вести свой бизнес на основе норм уважения к клиентам, заключенных соглашений, за которыми следует ответственность, так как таких понятий не существует в мире этого человека.
Он притворяется твоим другом, играет роль очень хорошего и порядочного человека, обещает исполнить твою мечту в заказе, только для того, чтобы получить больше денег от тебя. Вилманисом, у него уже есть план, как обмануть и обокрасть вас. Он уже много раз это делал ранее с другими людьми. Ветряная мельница его разума всегда настороже, у него всегда готовы все ответы несчастному клиенту. Вернуть свои деньги от А. Vimanietis невыполнимая миссия и получить от него заказанную лестницу также невозможно. Этот человек не выполняет любое соглашение, которое он произносил в устной или письменной форме, поскольку он очень грубый и дерзкий человек, который любит демонстрировать, насколько он крут и ничего, и никого не боится.

Добрый день! Наша семья тоже пострадала от этого непорядочного человека. Все тоже самое - бесконечное вранье и пустые обещания. Терпение лопнуло, по хорошему Айвар не понимает, будем писать заявление. Также присоединимся к коллективному иску.
